Bold in Blue: A Bathroom That Balances Beauty and Function
This recent installation showcases how thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship can completely transform a space — delivering both visual impact and everyday functionality.
The homeowner wanted a bathroom that combined current trends with long-term practicality. Our team delivered just that, with features such as an anti-slip shower tray and a comfort-height WC, ensuring the space is not only beautiful but also accessible and safe.
Navy blue has become a standout trend in modern interiors, and the Vanity Hall Oxford matt blue furniture used here is a perfect example of how to introduce bold colour in a timeless way. To balance the richness of the navy, neutral Veleta grey wall tiles and steel oak-effect flooring were chosen, while the Mistral Zircona worktop reflects light around the room, keeping the overall feel bright and welcoming.
Storage was a key priority in this project. The customer made excellent use of the available space, configuring the layout to include a generous vanity area complete with an illuminated HIB mirror, adding both practicality and a touch of luxury.
As always, the high standard of finish is a credit to our skilled team — with bathroom engineer Reece leading the installation, plastering by Dave, tiling by Mark, electrical work by Dan, and decorating by Danny.
This project is a great example of how smart planning, premium materials, and expert installation can come together to create a bathroom that’s both stylish and built to last.
