North West London Apartments: Kitchen & Bedroom Fit-Out

GasMark1 was appointed to supply and install fitted kitchens and bedrooms for a multi-unit residential development in North West London. The project involved delivering 6 contemporary kitchens and 6 fully fitted bedrooms, all supplied by Sheraton to ensure a high-quality and consistent finish across the development. Painted limestone doors were chosen throughout, providing a classic, neutral aesthetic that complemented the wider interior design scheme and suited both rental and owner-occupied markets.

Our team managed the full process from initial design through to handover. Design consultation was led by James at Herts Bathrooms and Kitchens, who worked closely with the client to refine layouts, improve workflow within the kitchens, and maximise storage space in each apartment. Coordinated delivery and logistics were managed by Dean, ensuring timely arrival of all cabinetry, worktops, and appliances despite the restricted access typical of London residential sites. On-site installation was carried out by GasMark1’s specialist engineers, with Jamie and Reece leading the fit-out. Their experience was essential in adapting to subtle variations in the apartment layouts and maintaining progress on a tight construction programme.

Each apartment was completed with Sheraton’s premium cabinetry paired with durable Algarve worktops and high-performance Bosch appliances, selected for reliability and modern functionality. The bedrooms featured full-height fitted wardrobes designed to maximise storage while maintaining a clean, contemporary finish. The result was a cohesive, polished interior across all units, delivering both practicality and visual appeal for future residents.
